DIY Easter baskets

Oh happy day! I made some Easter baskets early this year because we don't get my hubby's daughters for Easter this year so we are celebrating early! I bought most of the supplies at the Dollar store and some at Walmart. There is NO candy in these baskets! Just paint, bubbles, guitars and cups! My hubby plays his guitar for the girls and they wanted one..I got lucky and found these at Walmart for $3! These 2 baskets cost me under $20!

Happy early Easter!!

Taco Spaghetti

Hello again! I found another great recipe courtesy of Pinterest! It is Taco Spaghetti, I was a little hesitant in trying it but so glad I did it was a success and the kids LOVED it too! And it is under $10!!
All you need are a few ingredients to make this deliciousness!!

  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (the mild seasoning gives it more flavor)
  • 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 box of pot perfect spaghetti noodles
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Shredded cheese (optional)
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Brown the meat until it is thoroughly cooked then drain. Add taco seasoning, can of Rotel, water and noodles and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes until noodles are tender. Stir, plate and add cheese with a dollop of sour cream on top. Serve and ENJOY!!!
